Absolutely horrific customer service

Absolutely horrific customer service. I literally just want to speak to a human and resolve my lense issue. And I get nothing. Pathetic brand and service. Do not buy

DON'T BUY COSTA GLASSES

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COSTA
First off warranty is a joke.
My glasses were few months old and my arm broke near the tip where the glasses holder goes onto.(lanyard)
I ask if I could buy an arm. They said no, not available.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COSTA especially the lifetime workmanship and materials aspect.
Zero warranty.
All I want is to be able to use the expensive glasses I purchased. Believing that I was protected from defective materials.
When it's the workmanship and materials that fail, good name companies radicate these type of issues.
Please read all the complaints.
As an honest company would go good and at the least want to keep a good name.
Very expensive glasses for the ZERO customer satisfaction.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses a few years ago. I paid over $600.00 for these glasses and when the temples fell apart, I was told that I needed to send them back to the optometrist. I have moved twice since then so I guess I am just out of luck. Their website chat person was very nice but was unable to help. Way too much money to spend on glasses that cannot be fixed. I am now using a pair of Oakleys I purchased in 1992. They are old but still function as they did originally. I prefer my newer glasses but I guess I will have to go back to Oakley.

Customer Service Department is slow or non-existent

I own two pair of Costa Sunglasses, and purchased one for my wife. Sadly I have been waiting in the chat function for nearly 2.5 hours. They say this is the quickest way to get a response and the phone number just tells you to chat with them or email. No one is manning the phones there. I only need two nose pads for my sunglasses, they act like there is a place to order them online and there isn't. As big as Luxottica is, you would think they would have a larger customer service department. For the love of Pete put a drop down for nose pads and my wife's sunglasses come up, but no way to get the lens for them. Seriously not going to buy from them again.

NO EXCHANGES ON UNWORN $250 SUNGLASSES!

Received a gift of $250 pair of glasses from costadelmar. They weren’t my style or sized right so I called to exchange them. Customer service said sorry, we can’t do exchanges! Lol. What?? $250 plastic lens sunglasses and you can’t exchange unused glasses? I didn’t ask for money back, just an exchange. The rep didn’t really even care. What a scam this company is running.

Costa has the best warranty
Costa warranted a pair of four year old sunglasses with no arguments. Customer service agents were very polite and took care of the whole process extremely fast.
I see other people complaining about the warranty and the sunglasses that they offered for the replacement. All I did was ask if I could upgrade the sunglasses to a different pair and pay the difference. They said no problem and gave me a gift card code for more than I needed to get any pair on the website.

Warranty Sucks...

I purchased 3 pairs of glasses in various colors of frames and lenses. Over the years I had two pairs on which the rubber failed. The first pair were camouflage with grey lenses; I had to accept a black frame replacement with blue lenses. Later I returned a pair with an olive teak frame and green lenses and I had to accept a black frame with blue lenses. I now own three costas with the exact frame and lens combination because Costa’s warranty service is terrible. I used to love Costa but they are not what they once were.

Luxoticca has completely ruined Costa's…

Luxoticca has completely ruined Costa's once great customer service. Jump through ten hoops jusy for them to offer you a completely different pair of glasses in some wild color that probably could sell. Look elsewhere, anywhere that doesn't use Luxoticca. All I needed them to do was replace the rubber nose piece on my fantails and they refused to do so and offered me plastic lens replacement for my 580g that I purchased. Highly disappointed and will not be purchasing anymore unless major changes take place.

Inept Customer Service - Look Elsewhere for Sunglasses

Luxoticca, an Italian based sunglasses conglomerate now owns Costa. I recently broke the left temple of my Fantail model Costa Sunglasses and in an effort to get them repaired or replaced, I have submitted three different service requests through their on-line service portal. I have yet to find anyone in the organization willing to assist me. All three of the service requests have been approved, advising me my sunglasses are still under warranty; however I can't get anyone to contact me on where or how I am to send them back for service. I have even suggested Costa merely sending me the replacement temple and I will fix it myself. While I have liked the sunglasses a lot, the organization has clearly dropped the ball on their service. I will likely end up purchasing another brand as a result and it will not be a pair from the Luxoticca sunglasses empire. My advice, based on my experience is to look elsewhere if considering this brand.

I have tried to contact someone for over a month now about getting a new pair of sunglasses because mine the lens messed up and I can’t use them anymore!!! Even emailed the company and no response!! Tried calling multiple times.... unfortunately no response yet.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Lens fell out of glasses. Instead of offering to replace the lens costa says this is not a defect, apparently it is normal for their lens to fall out. They did offer to repair the $220 sunglasses for about $150.

I won a pair in a raffle..

I won a pair in a raffle... Tuna alley's what a joke cracked a lens in a week called to warranty... Sent me a coupon to buy another pair.. 20% off... A new pair!! No spare parts.. No customer service... not worth the price of a raffle ticket... Not worth the headache... Looks are deceiving ... Not built to last... No replacement parrts.... Customer service is a joke...... Save your money.... Whiley X for me....
